Jennuine Clean does not perform:

• Exterior window cleaning

• Carpet shampooing or extraction

• Biohazard or bodily fluid cleanup

• Mold remediation

• Pest or insect removal

• Lifting or moving heavy furniture or appliances

• Cleaning areas requiring ladders higher than a step stool

• Hoarding cleanup situations

• Animal waste or litter box cleaning

If we encounter a situation outside our service scope, we will notify the homeowner.

Preparing for Your Cleaning Appointment

To allow us to focus on detailed cleaning, we ask that clients:

• Pick up personal items, clothing, and clutter before arrival

• Secure pets if they may interfere with cleaning

• Provide access to the home at the scheduled time

• Notify us of fragile or special-care items

Homes that require excessive organization or decluttering may require additional time or rescheduling.

Respecting Your Home

Jennuine Clean treats every home with the highest level of respect.

• We use professional cleaning products and equipment

• We take care around delicate surfaces and belongings

• We maintain client privacy and confidentiality

• We aim for consistent scheduling whenever possible

Scheduling & Access

• Please provide reliable access to the home at the scheduled time.

• If entry is not possible upon arrival, the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• We operate Monday–Friday, with weekends available by appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To keep schedules running smoothly for all clients:

• We request 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may incur a service fee.
